Onna offers the ability to filter search results in various ways. This article discusses customizing the columns that appear in your search results. You can also check out how to use filters here
Head to the search results page by clicking on 'Search' in the menu or clicking into any data source.
Click on the gear on the right-hand side as demonstrated below
This will show you a list of all of the columns available for you to add to your screen and sort your results.
You can select the fields you'd like to have available by using the checkbox.
The columns will be added dynamically once you select them. You can add as many as you'd like although past 5-7 columns the sort experience can become less ideal.
Click anywhere on the screen to exit. You'll see the additional columns at the top.
You can sort by the value of a column by clicking on it. An arrow will appear beside it indicating the direction of the sort as demonstrated below. The column used for sorting will also appear in blue
You can remove any of the columns by going through the same gear and unchecking the box of the columns you don't want to see.
