Does Onna offer a free trial?

Yes! Onna offers a free 30-day limited trial. This includes 100MB of data processed, which is defined as the data uploaded and indexed in Onna. To start a free trial or a subscription, you’ll need to create an account here. Your credit or debit card will not be charged during the 30 day trial period.

What are your accepted forms of payment?

Onna accepts all major credit and debit cards and offers the ability to generate a quote for purchase orders.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the end of your 30 day limited trial or immediately after purchasing a full subscription.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

Where can I request a quote?

You can calculate the annual subscription fee here. For purchase orders, you can generate a quote when you purchase an Enterprise Discovery account directly. For Enterprise Discovery plans that require more than 100 connected sources or more than 1.5 TB of data processed, or other integrations please contact sales.

What if I only need to do a one-time collection?

Onna is an annual subscription service. For one-time collections, you can purchase as many Connected Sources as needed. You can then return to the platform at any time during the year to search, share, and export your data at no additional cost.

How can I upgrade my account to a full subscription or add Connected Sources?

The Account Manager can upgrade your account or add more Connected Sources by going to My Plan panel and clicking Manage My Plan in the open panel.  To learn how to upgrade your Enterprise Discovery trial to a paid plan learn, click here.

What is the minimum term of service?

Onna is licensed on an annual basis. The minimum term of service is 12 months.

Can I cancel my account before the end of the term?

Yes! You can cancel your account at anytime. Account Managers can go to the My Plan panel and click Manage My Plan. From there you can choose to Cancel Your Account. Please remember that deleting your account will also trigger your data and resources to be deleted. For additional questions, please reach out to us at support@onna.com.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Onna accounts are automatically renewed with the credit or debit card on file. You will be notified via email prior to being charged and can cancel at anytime.

How can I cancel my account?

The Account Manager can cancel the account anytime by going to My Plan and Manage My Plan. Please keep in mind that canceling your account will trigger your connected sources and related data to be deleted. For more information, contact success@onna.com.
